On charges of drug trafficking in a criminal group/ GJKKO sentences four

The Criminal Court of Kosovo (CJKKO) has today sentenced four defendants, Florian Habilaj, Armando Sulaj, Sabaudin Çelaj and Tigrens Mëzuraj, to a total of 42 years in prison.

They are accused of the criminal offenses: "Drug trafficking", in collaboration, in the special form of a structured criminal group. 

Announcement: 

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Court the request with the subject: "Trial of the criminal case against the defendants Florian Habilaj, Armando Sulaj, Sabaudin Çelaj and Tigrens Mëzuraj".

The trial of this case was conducted under the rules of summary trial. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of judges Esmeralda Xhili, Arbana Selmanaj and Migena Laska, with decision no. 79, dated 05.12.2025, decided:

The sentence of 42 years in prison in total for Florian Habilaj, Armando Sulaj, Sabaudin Çelaj and Tigrens Mëzuraj  ./CNA
