Ndregjoni says that his passing is a great loss, because a defender of the state of Kosovo passed away.

The passing of the great friend of Albanians, the congressman of decades in the American Congress of the United States of America, Eliot Engel, for us anti-communists, former survivors of the dictatorship, is a great loss, because a friend, a statesman, a tireless activist in defense of human rights and freedoms, and the defender of the state of Kosovo has left. Albanians have lost a powerful voice in the US for our national cause!

The great friend of the Albanian people, American Congressman Eliot Engel, was the voice of Albanians in the United States Congress for more than three decades. He left for the eternal world at a time when we Albanians greatly needed his mind and support!

President Wilson and Engel defended Albania and Kosovo! He was an irreplaceable friend for the protection and rights of Albanians, contributing to the liberation and independence of Kosovo!
