Bad weather covers the country/ Situation in the north and south, ARRSH appeals

Bad weather with rain and snow has engulfed the country. The Albanian Road Authority informs that the rains have brought problems in the Skurraj-Burrel axis, where stones and inerts have fallen, but they were immediately cleaned up by the work groups.

In the Northern Region on the axes Bajram Curri-Valbona, Ura e Zapodit-Shishtavec, Peshkopi-Kuben-Vasije, in Bulqiza-Peshkopi, Kukës-Bushtricë, Kukes-Krumë, Hani i Hotit-Tamarë, Tamarë-Vermosh, Bogë-Theth, along at night there was heavy snowfall, the snow removal tools continued their work without stopping, traffic is carried out without problems.

In the Southern Region, on the axes Korçë-Ersekë (mainly in Qafë e Qarri), Bobshticë-Dardë, Qafë Thane, the snowfall has continued with moderate intensity, the roads are cleared and traffic is carried out without problems.

ARRSH has appealed to drivers to be extra careful on the road due to the humidity.
