“Mos fol si kryetar partie”/ Përplasja mes Xhafajt dhe Shabanit në Komisionin për Nismat Qytetare

Në mbledhjen e sotme të Komisionit për Nismat Qytetare, në rend dite ishte shqyrtimi i projektrezolutës “Për vlerësimin e veprimtarisë së Avokatit të Popullit për vitin 2025.

Gjatë raportimit për veprimtarinë e institucionit, Avokati i Popullit Endrit Shabani është përplasur me kryetarin e komisionit, Fatmir Xhafajn.

Ky i fundit në një moment gjatë debatit i është drejtuar duke i thënë që të ndryshojë gjuhën dhe mos të flasë si “kryetar partie”.

Shabani: Vetëm 21 % e rekomandimeve të Avokatit të Popullit zbatohen. Unë s’jam i kënaqur me këtë performancë.

Xhafaj: Duhet ta ndryshosh gjuhën. Po më flet sikur je kryetari i parties jo si Avokati i Popullit.

Shabani: Zoti Xhafaj, kjo nuk iu nderon, që të më bëni kështu komentesh. Unë kam ardhur këtu të përfaqësoj Avokatin e Popullit. Zoti Xhafaj, ju jeni politikan, unë nuk jam. Nuk bën mirë historiku se ccfarë keni qenë ju dhe ccfarë kam qenë unë se nuk i bën mirë askujt. /CNA
