The 19th edition of the Korça Beer Festival successfully closes, 5 nights

The Korça Beer Festival has successfully closed its 19th edition, registering record attendance and once again turning the city into one of the most sought-after summer destinations. For five nights in a row, the festive atmosphere kept the square near the terminal alive, which was overflowing until the early hours of the morning.

The last night, one of the most popular with visitors, brought performances by well-known artists such as Fifi, Aurel Thellimi, Anxhela Peristeri and NRG Band, while the audience sang and celebrated until late at night.

In addition to visitors from all over the country, this year the festival also attracted many foreign tourists. Among them, a group of Americans who had come specifically to enjoy the festival. Through CNA, they show the great enthusiasm they feel for this event, expressing that they had been planning their visit to Albania, and more specifically to Korça, for years.

"We're from Philadelphia. We're on vacation here and we're enjoying the festival. It's really fun, I'm enjoying it. We've got beers, food, and we're having a really good time."

"First of all, I want to say from America, 'HAPPY'. Where am I here today? Is it a beer festival? A music festival? A food festival? I don't know that! But I have traveled to many countries around the world and I came to Albania for Beer and to make happy. That's why I'm here. I don't know the artists, I don't know the Albanian beers, or even the food, but it's a miracle! It's fantastic! So I say 'Thank you, happy.'"

"I feel great. We've wanted to come to Albania and we've been thinking about it for years, and we finally did it. We came and we also wanted to be at this festival, so we're very excited to be here. It's incredible how many people have gathered. Even though we don't know the music, it's still fun to listen to it."

"It's a pleasure for me to be here. We came with our friends from the USA. So far we've been satisfied with the beers, the food, we're looking forward to enjoying the evening to the end. Very nice atmosphere, with lots of people from all over the world."

But the celebration wasn't just for foreigners. Emigrant families have also returned to Korça, and they consider this event a beloved tradition. Children also enjoyed the event.

"Yes, I always come with my family and I really enjoy it. I like the atmosphere, the singers, everything. The one I liked the most and sang with is Alban Skënderaj. I thank the municipality of Korça for making this event so beautiful."

"I'm from Korça, but I live in Italy. I came on vacation. I like it a lot and I hope Korça continues like this. I come to the Beer Festival every year. Very good this year, very well organized. Happy."

The 19th edition of the Korça Beer Festival proved once again that this city not only preserves its tradition and culture, but also knows how to offer a unique atmosphere that unites people from all over the world.
