"Euronews Albania" was able to secure another exclusive testimony from another friend of Lana Sator, who is officially accused by the Albanian prosecutor's office of being a spy for foreign intelligence services.

Maria Passer is a traveling companion with the imprisoned Russian.

In the interview conducted by the journalist Xhensil Shkëmbi, she confesses that in 2018 she was in Albania with her ex-boyfriend and Lana Sator, who were in abandoned places in Albania, in bunkers, in Tirana, in Shkodër, Berat, but also in an abandoned military area in the south of Albania.

"We were in an area in the south of Albania, it was completely abandoned, you could enter there very easily, we found a big hole at the entrance and went inside. It was in the south of Albania (Porto Palermo). We were not the only ones who entered there", she says.

Her friend says that Lana is passionate about former communist countries, while she says that the arrested Russian has been to more than 30 countries around the world.

She also told about the previous accusations against Lana as a spy, that they were only statements and not official accusations from the Russian state.

Maria believes her friend is not a spy but a blogger, pointing out that she has over 2,000 Instagram posts and has written two books on urban exploration.
