Konferenca e Kryetarëve po zhvillon sot mbledhjen e radhës. Gjatë diskutimeve në seancë, kryetari i Kuvendit, Niko Peleshi i është përgjigjur opozitës lidhur me shtyrjen e mbledhjes së Këshillit të Mandateve për ministren Belinda Balluku.

Ai tha se shtyrja e mbledhjes është vendosur në përputhje me Rregulloren e Kuvendit. Peleshi është shprehur më tej se vendimet në Këshillin e Mandateve nuk merren thjesht me shumëicë por vlen çdo propozim i anëtarëve.

“Shtyrja e mbledhjes së Këshillit në përputhje me Rregulloren e Kuvendit. Në Këshillin e Mandateve vendimet nuk merren thjesht me shumicë, por çdo propozim i anëtarëve vlen. Me propozim të deputetëve anëtarë Taulant Balla dhe Bledi Çomo që kërkuan të presin vendimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese, shtyva mbledhje”, tha ai.

Kujtojmë se mbledhja ishte caktuar të mbahej ditën e djeshme në orën 12:00. Ndërkohë, shkak për shtyrjen është bërë kërkesa e deputetëve socialistë për të pritur vendimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese në lidhje me ankimin e qeverisë për pezullimin e Belinda Ballukut.

Gjykata Kushtetuese u mblodh dhe kërkoi më shumë kohë për vendimin. Më 22 janar, në Gjykatën Kushtetuese, palët e interesuara në çështje parashtruan pretendimet. SPAK i ka kërkuar Parlamentit heqjen e imunitetit të ministres së Infrastrukturës dhe Energjisë njëkohësisht zëvendëskryeministre, Belinda Balluku. /CNA
