Komisioni i Reformës Zgjedhore kërkon shtyrjen e afatit të punës

Komisioni i Posaçëm i Reformës Zgjedhore ka bërë kërkesë Kuvendit për shtyrjen e afatit të punimeve deri në datën 30 nëntor 2026.

Në kërkesën e nënshkruar nga dy bashkëkryetarët Oerd Bylykbashi dhe Damian Gjiknuri, thuhet se puna për përfundimin e reformës zgjedhore dhe të paketës së ndryshimeve ligjore nuk ka përfunduar.

"Krahas punës për hartimin e projektligjit “Për financimin e partive politike”, Komisioni po punon për hartimin e ndryshimeve legjislative për reformën zgjedhore, si dhe trajtimin e rekomandimeve në raportet e OSBE/ODIHR-it për zgjedhjet vendore të 14 majit 2023, për zgjedhjet parlamentare të 11 majit 2025; si dhe të zgjedhjeve të mëparshme të patrajtuara", thuhet në kërkesë. 

Ndër të tjera shtohet se, Bashkimi Evropian ka vendosur të caktojë një ekspert ndërkombëtar për: financimin e palëve të treta në fushatën/periudhën zgjedhore dhe media online gjatë fushatës zgjedhore. Për këto dy aspekte eksperti ndërkombëtar do të paraqesë propozimin me shkrim për anëtarët e Komisionit në fund të muajit korrik 2026.

Më tej shtohet se për në datën 29 Korrik 2026 është parashikuar të zhvillohet një takim mes Grupit të Ekspertëve Teknikë dhe ekspertëve të ODIHR për të diskutuar dhe gjetur zgjidhje për çështje konkrete dhe parashikimet e reja normative në këtë fushë. Për këto arsye, Komisioni ka paraqitur projektvendimin për shtyrjen e afatit të funksionimit të këtij Komisioni. /CNA
