The chairman of "Alhqiperia Bëhet", Adriatik Lapaj, spoke about the Albania-Italy agreement for immigrants.

Lapaj says that the granting of extraterritoriality to another state was done by Rama's will, not by law as it should be.

In an interview, he said that we have a republic that loses its panties in every situation that comes to its door.

He says we are so badly governed that when death comes to our door we reach out.

"Who is Rama? Owner of Albania? He has been elected and has a mandate to govern the Albanians. The prime minister must act within the framework of the constitution. We are a people of immigrants. Let's bring doctors, social workers, psychologists to Lampedusa, I'm for help, but we can't create a prison. What is being created there is a prison with two levels of security. There is a siege by the Italians and a siege by the Albanians. For me it contradicts many principles of the Vienna Convention.

Sovereignty in Albania belongs to the people according to our Constitution. The granting of extraterritoriality to another state was done by Rama's will, not by law as it should be. Therefore, it is important to approve the law on referendums in the country. There is a need for a law for such cases, to take the opinion of the citizens.
