The former deputy, Luciano Boçi, stated that the agreement for immigrants with Italy does not stand on the legal level and, being so, does not respect either domestic or international laws.

In an interview for News 24, he stated that the agreement should have been negotiated and should have considered the Albanian institutions.

Boçi says that there is still no agreement that it should be ratifiable according to the Constitution.

If you make an investment in a territory, you will get an opinion of the area. If it was a development project, I would agree. It was not even consulted within the government. Therefore, the opinion that this is a personal act is obvious. The political level of solidarity...I will discuss this as well. On the political level, we are dealing with the internal national policy. Greece and Germany have the same problem as Italy. On the legal level, it contradicts the international human convention. So, on the legal level, the agreement does not stand and, being so, does not respect either domestic or international laws. It is against EU laws. On the human level, that part of solidarity, the humanitarian alarm is not Italy, but the immigrants. This is the solidarity and human side. Italy has plenty of territory. We are 28 thousand square km, Italy much more. We are not becoming part of human humanity, we have accepted the penalty.
