 The incinerators, the 9 charges that weigh on Engjëll Agaçi/

DP MP, Belind Kelliçi, in an appearance for the media, spoke about the incinerator affair and the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, Engjëll Agaçi.

According to Këlliç, Agaçi is the architect of the financial massacre of half a billion euros.

Following this statement, Këlliç also published nine accusations against him.

Engjëll Agaçi u shfaq dje në dyert e Prokurorisë së Posaçme - SPAK. Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Këshillit të Ministrave është një prej aktorëve kryesorë në masakrën financiare, që deri më tani u ka shkaktuar taksapagusve shqiptarë një dëm prej gjysëm miliard euro.

Ai nuk është në krye të skemës, por është arkitekti i saj.

Partia Demokratike rithekson me bindje se Edi Rama, shefi i tij, është ai që e mban skemën në lëvizje, dhe ai që e mundëson atë.

Por Agaci ka përgjegjësitë e tij, të cilat nuk janë të pakta. Akuzat ndaj tij janë plot 9 dhe po i listojmë më poshtë:

1. "Shpërdorim i Detyrës”, parashikuar në nenin 248 të Kodit Penal

2. "Shkelje të barazisë së pjesëmarrësve në tendera” parashikuar në nenin 258 të Kodit Penal

3. "Fshehja e te ardhurave" parashikuar në nenin 180 të Kodit Penal

4. "Mospagimi i Taksave", parashikuar në nenin 181 të Kodit Penal

5. "Moskryerja e detyrave nga organet Tatimore", parashikuar në nenin 181/a të Kodit Penal

6. "Përfitim i Paligjshëm i interesave", parashikuar në nenin 257 të Kodit Penal

7. "Korrupsioni pasiv i funksionarëve të Lartë Shtetërorë" ose të Zgjedhurve Vendorë", parashikuar në nenin 260 të Kodit Penal

8. "Cleaning the Products of the criminal offense", provided for in Article 287 of the Criminal Code

 9. "Criminal Impunity, provided for in Article 300 of the Criminal Code

Incinerators are not a political obsession, but a fact which was also shown in the progress report of the European Union. They are clearly a work of the mafia at the expense of taxpayers, and a daily mockery of the power of Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj and their citizens.

Yesterday it was Engjël Agac's turn.

It should be the turn of Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj as the biggest beneficiaries and godfathers of the incinerators.
