After the cyberattack on online public services and government websites, the response came from the Prime Minister's Office.

In a statement to the media, the Prime Ministry emphasizes that this has never happened before, but efforts are being made to prevent the violation of the information system.

"Albania has found itself today under a massive cyber attack, never seen before. The cybercriminal attack turns out to be synchronized and sophisticated from outside Albania.

To prevent this attack from damaging our information system, the National Information Society Agency has temporarily shut down access to public online services and other government sites.

Government systems will remain closed until the neutralization of enemy attacks, as AKSHI is working with the Microsoft team, with the Jones Group International team and Albanian companies in the ICT field, to prevent the violation of our information system by this criminal act. , it is said in the reaction of the prime minister./ CNA.al
