Humbja e jetës së 3-vjeçarit në klinikën dentare, prokuroria merr në pyetje ekspertët mjeko-ligjorë

Prokuroria e Tiranës ka marrë në pyetje ekspertët mjeko-ligjore që kryen aktin e fëmijës 3-vjeç që ndërroi jetë të spitali Roland Xhaxhos, pas ndërhyrjes në disa dhëmbë.

Gazetarja Klodiana Lala raportonse organi i akuzës po bën analizimin e provave dhe dëshmive për të vendosur riekspertim të rethanave të ngjarjes së rëndë.

Ngjarja e rëndë në fillim të muajit tetor, ku kreu ndërhyrje në klinikën “Splendent” në kryeqytet. 

Në kartelën mjekësore të fëmijës, e cila është sekuestruar nga Prokuroria, shkruhet se i janë evidentuar 14 dhëmbë për t'u mbushur.

Rasti u denoncua në polici nga familjarët e 3-vjeçarit, të cilët kanë kërkuar drejtësi.

Sipas tyre është dhënë një dozë e lartë anestezie fëmijës dhe 3-vjeçari ka dalë në gjendje shumë të rëndë nga spitali.

Nga ana tjetër mjeku Roland Xhaxho shprehet se gjendja e fëmijës është përkeqësuar në shtëpi, pasi nga spitali ka dalë në gjendje të mirë./CNA
