The founder of the "Albania Becomes" political movement, Adriatik Lapaj, has strongly condemned the lack of police action in the case of the 3-year-old girl who was raped by the teacher.

According to Lapaj, it is illogical and inhumane for the police not to investigate these cases.  

" What I want to judge very strongly is, you know how much I have protected the police, but it is illogical, it is not human, it is beyond any concept that such a case comes to you and the police do not investigate and not take action.
