SPAK has carried out another crackdown on drug trafficking. This time, it has dismantled an international drug network that operated in Latin America, Great Britain and Europe.

SPAK head Altin Dumani and prosecutor Adnan Xholi have stated that the organizational structure of this criminal group proves the high level of sophistication of Albanian criminal groups.

"The organizational structure of this criminal group, with an extension to several continents and with 16 members identified so far, proves the high level of sophistication of Albanian criminal groups, their capabilities and their reach into international criminal markets."

Dumani emphasized that the data decrypted by Sky/ECC was essential to supplement the evidence collected during the investigation and still remains valuable for achieving the appropriate investigative results.
