Gazment Bardhi appeared concerned today, about a "bari ship" in the Netherlands, for which the soldier, Ermala Dinoshi, was arrested.

During the meeting of the Law Commission, Bardhi demanded an account from the Ministry of Defense on what steps it has taken in this case and whether they are aware of other cases.

“Një oficer i ushtrisë shqiptare që është atashuar pranë operacionit të NATO në Holandë, që veç detyrës së tij si ushtarak, pasi mbaronte punën e hiqte veshjen ushtarake ishte angazhuar në trafikim të lëndëve narkotike. Ka patur një deklaratë të Ministrisë së Mbrojtjes, që në fakt nuk sqaronte asgjë, vetëm se i kishte bërë thirrje ushtarakut të kthehet në atdhe. Ishte administrator ai i shtëpisë së barit në Holandë. Dua të di cilat ishin veprimet e policisë ushtarake? A ka patur Ministria informacion mbi veprimtarinë kriminale të ushtarakut? Çfarë veprimesh ka kryer SHIU, a keni informacione për zyrtarë të tjerë të përfshirë në veprimtari të tillë?”, ka pyetur Bardhi.

Zv/ministrja e Mbrojtjes, Dallëndyshe Bici e ka sqaruar  se Ministria do të ndjekë të gjitha hapat ligjorë, duke nënvizuar se ushtaraku i arrestuar përgjegjësi individuale.

While the socialist MP Pandeli Majko said that Bardhi does not have the necessary knowledge to demand an account for this case.

"Mr. Gazi serves that generation that has not served the law of military conscription, so it does not know the structure well. We are not dealing with an event that affects all the structures of the army", said Marku.
