The Judicial Appointments Council, after reviewing the acts and the procedure followed for the verification of candidacies and the documentation prepared regarding the fulfillment of the legal conditions for candidacy, for each of the candidates defined in the agenda, after hearing the opinion of the People's Advocate regarding with the procedure followed in the verification of candidacies, decided:

Allowing candidacy and following the procedure of evaluation, scoring and ranking of candidates for judge in the Constitutional Court of:

Ms. Manjola Xhaxho, for the vacancy announced by the Supreme Court on 21.02.2019, 19.04.2019, 03.06.2021 and 15.11.2021.
