Fear for life/ Durim Bami is transferred from "313" to Fushë

Durim Bami, known as one of the most powerful people in the Nikla area, has been transferred from detention center 313 in Tirana to Fushë Krujë prison.

This decision comes after, after his extradition from Dubai, Bami claimed that his life was in danger. According to him, there were also people in detention center 313 who had planned to eliminate him.

Bami faces a series of serious charges, including "providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "participation in a structured criminal group", "cultivation of narcotic plants" and "committing criminal offenses within the framework of a criminal organization".

Investigations show that in 2021, in collaboration with Endrit Doklen and Marklen Haka, Bami had planned the murder of Tori Xhecuka and Erigers Mihas, the latter later killed and linked to Ervis Martinaj.

At the same time, SPAK also accuses Bami of cultivating narcotics in the areas of Nikla and Bubqi, in collaboration with former RENEA force officer Altin Morina.
