PHOTO/ The court "concretes" the pine tree in the middle of Tirana

Journalist Arsen Rusta has published two photos today, which show a lot. A pine tree, which is located near the Court of Tirana, has been concreted. 

As it should be clear in the photo, a part of the pine trunk is concreted. The journalist is ironic, as he points out that one day the pine "will sue". Rusta also mentions the designers of this project, who have made a "genius" solution.
