Today, the next hearing was held against the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

During the session, there were debates between Beler's lawyers and prosecutors about SPAK's scientific evidence.

According to Beler, the acts of registration of the investigation by the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora were deemed invalid and unusable.

During the hearing, it was announced that Fredi Beleri's mobile phone had not been checked, as he had not given his codes.
