Yesterday, new facts and evidence appeared on the Plug show regarding Carlo Bollino, who can be called a journalist in the court of power due to the benefits of millions and millions of euros through various schemes.

The show "Plug" showed the connection between the company MTSC, the company that owns Report TV and Shqiptarja. Com, which is also the owner of another company, C-7 Integrated System, with which, with a decision dated October 2, 2019, the government also formalized the conclusion of a contract for the lease of 4 thousand square meters of land and three buildings to Carlo Bollino's company MTSC.

Unlike the competition procedure, which stipulated that the property would be rented for a monthly payment of 6 thousand euros, the contract signed between the Ministry of Finance and Economy headed by Anila Denaj and Carlo Bollino's MTSC company stipulates that the payment that REPORT TV will pay to the state for 4 thousand square meters of land and buildings is a symbolic 1 euro, even leaving room for privatization of this property at the end of the 20-year contract.

Plug also discovered another company owned by Carlo Bollino, the C-7 Integrated System company, which was established in 2018, or a year after Carlo Bollino took over the company MTSC shpk.

According to Open Data Albania, the company C-7 Integrated System, with beneficial owner Carlo Bollinon, just one year after its establishment, had a pre-tax profit of around 78 million lek or around 770 thousand euros. This profit was realized precisely in 2019, a year after this company was founded by the company MTSC shpk.

In 2020, Carlo Bollino's company, C-7 Integrated System, had a pre-tax profit of around 14 million lek or around 140 thousand euros.

The company C-7 Integrated System also turns out to have as its address the Report Television building, the former watch department in the former mechanical factory in Tirana.

 “Plug” analyzed the balance sheets of the company MTSC shpk, which, throughout 2020, 2021 and 2022, has received income in the form of dividends from the company C-7 Integrated System. Specifically, in 2020 MTSC has received 10 million lek in new dividends, in 2021 it has received 73 million lek in dividends and in 2022 it has received 61 million lek in dividends. In total, in three years, the company Carlo Bolinos has benefited from 145.5 million lek in dividends from the company C-7 Integrated System, or about 1.4 million euros.

A few days ago, CNA published facts from the Balluku dossier wiretaps, showing how Carlo Bollino had benefited from hundreds of millions from tenders.

The show 'Plug' revealed the fact that MTSC was also the company that designed the Report TV building.

Carlo Bollino's MTSC has received payments from incinerators

CNA has previously denounced that Carlo Bollino and his media outlets have been paid for years by the owners of the incinerators with sums totaling hundreds of millions of lek.

According to exclusive documents published by CNA.al, Carlo Bollino's MTSC was paid around 40 thousand euros in 7 executed invoices, where in April alone 18 million lek or almost 17 thousand euros were paid.

These are seven payments, specifically executed from February 2021 to July 2021.

So, for just a short period, a total of 4,432,771 lek were paid to Carlo Bollino's media for seven payments executed in 2021.

DP reports Carlo Bollino

CNA has learned that a group of opposition experts is conducting an in-depth investigation into all the companies that tie financial threads to Carlo Bollino and the benefits they receive from the state.

An official source from the DP told CNA that the party's parliamentary group is preparing another criminal complaint against citizen Carlo Bollino and other officials involved.

And, he stressed that the DP will carry out all its acts and actions to the end to reveal the truth and to show Albanians that Carlo Bollino is a beneficiary of Albanian taxes of millions and millions of euros, to develop a propaganda of slander and false news not only against the opposition, but also to brainwash citizens.

The report will soon be submitted to SPAK, which will be accompanied by a voluminous file with new facts and documents.

There is also another report against citizen Carlo Bollino, dated January 10, 2024, filed by member of the DP Presidency, Belind Këlliçi, and Secretary General, Flamur Noka.

Bollino, the officials and former officials reported by the DP, were charged with 10 criminal charges: "Abuse of office", "fraud", "making false statements", "providing false information", "falsification of documents", "illegal benefit of interests", "violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions", "laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense", "embezzlement of money or goods derived from a criminal offense or criminal activity" and "failure to report a crime"./ CNA
