"I would be an empathetic leader"/ Prosecutor Braho: Here's why I'm running for the leadership of SPAK

Prosecutor Klodjan Braho focused on several important issues as a candidate for the new head of SPAK.

Asked about the steps he would take as head of SPAK regarding the psycho-emotional well-being of other prosecutors, Braho said:

"SPAK has been operating for 6 years and this also gives experience. Difficulties turn into skills. The severity of the work has been even greater because there were so many media. I would be an empathetic leader and I would share the files, supporting them in their work and in any need they would want and have," said Braho.

Regarding the working method, Braho emphasized that above all, the implementation of the law is paramount, while also explaining the reason why he decided to run for the leadership of the Special Prosecution Office.

"I don't believe you would go to the investigator if you have a personal problem. On the other hand, we will face requests, even in cases with defendants, I have presented them myself that it helps me understand that it is not only the purpose of prison, but that justice is served. I will also wait for officials, but the solution is the law because there is no other reason. I have no incentive for this position. I have been a prosecutor for so many years and I feel fulfilled and it is normal to seek another challenge," Braho said. /CNA
