Prosecutor Klodjan Braho is continuing his presentation to the members of the KLP, as one of the four candidates for the new head of the BKH.

In his speech, Braho shared several objectives related to the institution, highlighting the increase in its proactive role.

"SPAK should be transformed into a more proactive structure and, in cooperation with the director of the BKH, the implementation of access in practice, to open sources and information from foreigners, which will serve as a basis for criminal referrals, should be determined. I will pay increased attention to the behavior of BKH members and the investigation of perpetrators of criminal offenses, but also criminal matters in general, has become very important. Ethics and behavior will be part of the evaluation of their work," said Braho.

Braho indicated that during his work he has conducted numerous investigations, including investigations against judges and prosecutors, but also against senior officials, for whom he said he has always aimed for solutions for a fair and not quick investigation.

"I graduated from the Magistrate's School. The gradual rise in my career has been achieved only as a result of merit. I have also followed investigations for prosecutors and judges, but I believe that the truth serves justice. I have also conducted investigations for officials and media people, finding the fairest solution, not the easiest. I am bringing to your attention that I was also a lecturer at the Magistrate's School. I was also a representative of SPAK0 in cases handled by the Appeals College for several issues related to events in the Republic of Albania", said Braho. /CNA
