Lawyer, Klodiana Gjyzari, spoke about the publication of Judge Gjoka's sentencing document.
The judge said that this document is not an investigative secret, as every judge waives the right to privacy.
The lawyer also said that the document was obtained through administrative channels by Fredi Beleri.
" This document was obtained through administrative requests. It does not constitute private information. We will make requests to ensure due process."
"Judges give up their privacy the moment they become judges. It was secured by Fredi Beleri ," the lawyer said./ CNA
