The Investigative Commission for Concessions in Health has been accompanied by fierce debates between the vice president Plarent Ndreca and the president Albana Vokshi.

The reason was the presence of the Guard of the Republic in the hall, which Vokshi described as a provocation.

"I would ask the small leadership of the commission and the members not to continue the provocations. You are trying to usurp the commission, undermine the investigations. Stop provoking the guards at the door who do not allow the opposition MPs to enter the Parliament. Who is the guard employee who does not allow the representative of the people to enter the commission", she said.

On the other hand, Ndreca said that he has no authority to call the Guard to stop the MPs from entering the session.

"The guard was not called by us, where the guard is staying, they don't take us on leave. "I have not issued any order to the guard, I have no authority to say where the guard should stay," declared the socialist.

The debate continued even further. DP MPs slammed things on the tables creating noise and the Socialists left the meeting.

Ndreca: It is good to calm down because you are charged for war. If you want to play the street, that's another thing.

Vokshi:  Be careful with your vocabulary, you're not ashamed, you're talking street vocabulary.

Ndreca:  How many times you lie, we will tell you back.

Vokshi:  You can't speak in street terms here.

Ndreca: It is pure Albanian.
