The port of Shengjin is blocked due to bad weather/Danger of flooding in Lezhë

As a result of the bad weather that has affected the whole country causing various problems, it is also reported in Lezhë that since yesterday afternoon the Port of Shengjin has suspended sea navigation for small and fishing vessels.

Due to heavy rains and strong wind, the sea is rough and choppy, and to prevent any tragedy, sailing has been suspended.

It is further informed that the vessels are anchored in the port and navigation will not be allowed until noon on Saturday.

The municipality of Lezha has announced through a post on "Facebook" that the rains may risk flooding in some areas.

The municipality further called on citizens to be careful while moving and to report any problems to the relevant services.
