The Director General of Customs, Besmir Beja, inspected the Bllatë Customs branch today to closely monitor the implementation of the plan of measures following the diversion of the flow of funds from the Qafë-Thane Customs.

According to the agreement with the Macedonian side, trucks that could not pass due to the blockage of the Librazhd-Elbasan axis are being processed in Bllatë, significantly increasing the volume of work at this border point.

"Together with colleagues from the General Directorate, we are here in Bllate to monitor the implementation of the plan of measures. I am pleased to see that there has been regular implementation, despite the increase in the load of this customs point, as you can see, everything is moving normally," said Director Beja.
