Rama's jokes in Rrëshen/ "When we come, the bells ring"

Prime Minister Edi Rama today inspected the premises of the professional school "St. Joseph the Worker" that prepares students from Kurbini, Lezha, Fushë-Kruja, Mati, Kukësi and Dibra in the fields of Hotel - Tourism, Electrical Engineering, IT, Vehicle and Transport Services, Hydrosanitary System Installers .

Rama stated that the government will be involved in a public-private partnership with the Catholic church that has organized this education system, to expand capacity and create optimal living conditions for students.

During the inspection, Rama was accompanied by Monsignor Dom Gjergj Meta who said that efforts are being made to expand the school's cooperation with businesses, stressing that there is great demand for the professions taught at the school.

"Now this will deepen more and more because businesses are realizing more and more that they have to invest themselves for this because otherwise no one will come to their door", said Rama.

"This is one of the efforts we make to offer business so that they finance the school and take an interest in it. If we could find an opportunity for cooperation, it would be a very good thing for teachers and students.

One of the best collaborations we have had was with a vocational school in Trento. They have a lot of experience in this matter and we have had occasional exchanges in Trento that it is an autonomous region and offers us opportunities", said Dom Gjergj Meta.

As usual, there was no shortage of jokes in his meetings.

"We have made it a point for them to come and pray and say; let's come from the Gymnasium and join you. It's a good omen since we come, and the bells ring," said Rama./ CNA
