The People's Advocate/ Berisha and Gazment Bardhi mock the candidates

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, have mocked the two main candidates for Ombudsman, specifically Adriana Kalaja and Besim Ndregjoni.

While the DP could have gone with these two names, namely Kalana and Ndregjoni, it went with 6 candidacies.

Adriana Kalaja is a figure who, as a member of the DP, has defended many causes and has made a series of denunciations of affairs. Also Besim Ndregjoni, a former political persecuted, who was the first name proposed by the DP, a name that Berisha had been trumpeting for a long time as the People's Advocate.

What do the other 4 names represent for the Democratic Party, compared to Besim Ndregjoni and Adriana Kalana? It's funny to say, but without being discussed in the parliamentary group, without a decision being made, the names have been submitted, they have become a fait accompli and there are 6 candidacies.

Among them are names that are linked to criminal groups and other persons involved in SPAK's investigative files, such as the "Bankers" file.

The opposition could go with two dignified names such as Adriana Kala and Besim Ndregjoni, and then if the Socialist Party voted against them and rejected them, let them propose other names.

You can't put forward 6 names and have candidates with moral, political, ethical and criminal issues in front of two dignified names./ CNA
