Lawyer Brizida Gjikondi said today that the involvement of many leaders from the executive and the Municipality in the investigation into Veliaj has not left a good taste, as justice has been replaced with emotional warfare.
In an interview on a television show, Gjikondi reacted harshly, considering the stance a "collective hysteria" that distracts from the essence.
She further added that in her opinion, there should be no involvement and reinforcements from staff, as has been done so far.
"It did not leave me with a good taste, from my nearly 30 years of experience in the field of advocacy. I think that in this situation, on this day, facing justice should not be replaced by an emotional struggle and a "collective hysteria" that distracts from the essence.
