The cancellation of the Milan-Tirana flight/ "Air Albania" justifies

The Air Albania airline has justified the cancellation of the Milan-Tirana flight.

According to the company, the cancellation of the flight occurred due to a technical defect, while it is said that the passengers of this flight were treated according to the regulations.

The airline further says that passengers will return from Milan to Tirana this evening.

"We are starting the autumn season closer to you! Air Albania wants to inform all passengers that operations continue at the same energetic pace, where only in this season of flights we have recorded new figures above the annual expectations.

In response to the publication in the media of a cancellation situation that occurred due to technical reasons in the field of aviation, we take the opportunity to clarify to the public that our passengers of flight ZB2004 from Milan to Tirana on October 11, have been treated in accordance with the rights of passengers, Regulation (EC) 261/2004.

After a technical problem and with the safety of the passengers in focus we were forced to cancel the flight.

Passengers have been kept informed by Air Albania staff and will also fly today from Milan to Tirana.
