At the end of the tourist season, the government's number two, Belinda Balluku, declared that the year 2024 was to be remembered, as it belongs to the flow of tourists who have visited Albania.
Balluku said that in just 9 months, in the January-September period, 9.7 million tourists have entered Albania.
Balluku emphasized that the year 2025 will be even more powerful.
"Tourism today covers every corner of Albania. We were not prepared for the high number of visitors.
Only in 9 months from January 1 to September 30 about more than 50% passengers at Rinas airport.
2024 was a tourist season to remember, 2025 will be the most powerful season", stated Balluku./ CNA
