Elon Musk zbulon çipin që ndihmon tetrapelgjikë

Elon Musk pretendon se tetrapelgjikë do të ecin përsëri dhe do të lëvizin krahët e tyre normalisht, kjo nëpërmjet çipit të trurit ‘Neuralink’ i cili ka qenë në zhvillim që nga viti 2016, kur Musk themeloi ‘Neuralink’ si një kompani kërkimore mjekësore.

Pretendimet e Musk vijnë pasi kompania ka ndarë një video të një pacienti të parë njerëzor që luan shah telepatikisht me anë të këtyre çipeve të trurit.

Çipat aktualisht lidhin trurin me kompjuterët, por Elon Musk beson se ata mund të lejojnë edhe komunikimin e trurit me pjesët e dëmtuara të trupit në të ardhmen, raporton "Daily Mail".

Elon Musk dhe ‘Neuralink’ kanë bërë pretendime të mahnitshme për të shfrytëzuar teknologjinë e tyre të çipave të trurit për të ndihmuar tetrapelgjikët të rifitojnë aftësinë për të ecin përsëri dhe për të përdorur krahët normalisht.

Çipat aktualisht lidhin trurin me kompjuterët dhe lejojnë kontrollin e tyre përmes aktivitetit të trurit, raporton Daily Mail. 

Megjithatë, Musk sugjeron se në të ardhmen çipat mund të përdoren për të dërguar sinjale nga truri në pjesë të tjera të trupit, duke mundësuar përdoruesit të kontrollojnë gjymtyrët e tyre të dëmtuar.

Kjo teknologji ka potencial të ndihmojë njerëzit me dëmtim të palcës kurrizore dhe Musk pret që ajo të përdoret për të rifituar përdorimin e gjymtyrëve të tyre.
