Njoftimi i rëndësishëm për WhatsApp/ Çfarë rekomandon kompania Meta

Kompania META u ka kërkuar përdoruesve të WhatsApp që të përditësojnë aplikacionin e tyre sot për të rregulluar një defekt që ruan automatikisht fotot dy herë në vend të vetëm një herë.

Mijëra përdorues janë ankuar për të në mediat sociale dhe kanalet e mbështetjes së klientit ditët e fundit, duke thënë se e ka bërë atë një "betejë të vazhdueshme" për të menaxhuar ruajtjen e tyre.

“Ne po ofrojmë një rregullim për përdoruesit dhe rekomandojmë të gjithë ata që preken të shkarkojnë versionin më të fundit të aplikacionit”, u njoftua nga kompania. 

Problemi duket të jetë në veçorinë e ruajtjes automatike të WhatsApp, që ka shkaktuar mbipopullim të albumeve fotografike të përdoruesve.

Edhe pse fillimisht dyshohej se iOS 17.4 ishte shkaktari i problemit, Apple drejtoi përdoruesit drejt WhatsApp për zgjidhjen e problemit.

Kjo ngjarje ndodh pak kohë pasi Meta u godit nga ndërprerje të tjera, duke prekur kryesisht Facebook dhe Instagram./CNA
