Lack of approaches, Chivu tests the youth

Inter continues preparations for the new season under the leadership of Cristian Chivu, while the transfer market has not yet brought the expected reinforcements to the Romanian coach.

One of the names gaining attention is Aleks Stankovic, who has returned after a season at Club Brugge. Chivu knows the 2005-born midfielder well from when they were both part of the Primavera team and sees him as an alternative to Hakan Calhanoglu in midfield.

Despite interest from several clubs, the coach has requested that the player remain in the squad to be evaluated during the training camp. Striker Mattia Mosconi is also receiving special attention, for whom Chivu has requested not to be loaned out.

Frenchman Yanis Massolin, who came from Modena, and left-back Mattia Marello, born in 2008, also left a positive impression in training.

Until the club finalizes new signings, Chivu is relying on academy talent to build the team's options.
