The market in Çole, Vlorë, has been unfavorable for traders for 10 years

The market in Çole, Vlorë, continues to remain in a deplorable state. For more than 10 years, traders have been selling their products outside hygienic and sanitary conditions.

The lack of necessary conditions has caused citizens to avoid this market, leaving it abandoned.

Although part of the market has been given to a private contractor for management, the situation has not changed for the traders who continue to operate there. They face ongoing difficulties in surviving under these conditions.

Citizens say that prices are high and unaffordable.

"The prices are high and we cannot afford them with the pension of 120 thousand lek. We hope that the government will take measures and change something for us," they say./CNA
