On Friday, intense rain in some districts/Civil Protection Agency, calls to institutions

The Institute of Geosciences and the Military Meteorological Service have predicted very intense rain in some areas for Friday.

Specifically, the intense rains will include the counties of Shkodër, Kukës, Dibër, Tirana and Elbasan.

Triggered by this prediction, the National Civil Protection Agency has issued an announcement.

The Civil Protection Agency has requested increased readiness from defense structures and institutions.

Also, AKMC has called on local authorities to mobilize all structures to monitor the situation in areas with higher risk.

"Weather with heavy rain is expected during the next few days, mainly in the north of the country.

Based on the information sent by the Civil Emergency Coordination Center in Brussels, the Institute of Geosciences and the Military Meteorological Service, on Friday, November 22, "intense" to "very intense" rainfall is expected in the districts of Shkodër, Kukës, Dibër, Tirana and Elbasan.

Average rainfall is expected in other counties, which may locally reach the "intense" level.
