Albanians have been the first in the world in terms of sleeping time.

In a study published by the journal "Nature".

Of the 63 nationalities researched, the study showed that Albanians slept the longest, an average of 7 hours and 32 minutes per night.

Sleep patterns are influenced by age, but are also modulated by other factors, including travel duration, education level and gender. On average, women sleep 7.5 minutes longer than men.
