The national axis "Qukës-Qafë Plloçë" was blocked this Monday morning for several minutes, preventing the circulation of dozens of vehicles on both sides.
The cause was a protest by residents near the village of Kalivaç, for the closure of the existing road that connects three villages to the new axis.
During the protest, several clashes were also recorded between residents and drivers.
According to engineers, access to this road is a source of accidents, while for the residents themselves this road is necessary, as it connects not only the village with the main road, but also with the lands where they have houses and crops./CNA
