Photo + Video/ The Catholic Church organizes the "Way of the Cross", thousands of believers gather in "Mother Teresa" Square

On the eve of the Catholic Easter, thousands of citizens have gathered in "Mother Teresa" square for Good Friday.

 For the first time in Tirana, the "Way of the Cross" procession has been organized, just as it is done in the Vatican.

The "Way of the Cross" was led by the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Tirana-Durra, Monsignor Arjan Dodaj, while the ambassador of the Holy See of the Vatican in Albania, Lugi Bonazzi, was also present.

Many Catholic believers have joined with candles in their hands to make together the 14 stops of Christ's Passion.
