How the phone affects people's health

The widespread use of mobile phones in recent decades has led to a large increase in the number of mobile antennas that are placed on hills, building terraces, roads, etc.

Given the need to communicate with each other, mobile phones are now an inevitable part of our lives. 

In our homes and workplaces, we need a mobile phone for various purposes, and really today in all of Albania you cannot find a family without at least one phone (however poor they are).

I know many of my friends who carry more than one phone.

The inevitable, permanent proximity to these wireless devices leaves us constantly exposed to radio frequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF).

The result is stress, fatigue, irritation, disturbed sleep, headaches and many other short-term problems

Like mobile phones, their antennas are equally harmful to our health.

Low frequency electromagnetic radiation is constantly destroying our health and exposing us to greater health risks. 

If we want to protect ourselves from antenna radiation, we must use some protective precautions as well as some curatives.

Ensure that the installation of the mobile antenna is beyond the standard safety distance from your residence and from the office where you spend most of your time.

Turn off your cell phone and internet routers or modems at night and use your cell phone on speakerphone whenever possible.

Eliminate wireless headphones.

In fact, corded phones are ideal for the home.
