The city of Korça has been electrified since yesterday afternoon until the late hours, with the fantastic atmosphere of many groups of motorcyclists inside and outside the country, who came together for their biggest event in the "Korça Moto & Rock Festival". This event is already a tradition for the southeastern city, with a large participation of Kor?ari citizens, local tourists, but what attracted the most attention was the participation of foreign tourists.

From 18:00, the square in front of the city's Cathedral began to fill little by little, with motorcyclists, who parked their various vehicles to get ready for the parade in the city. The parade, which gave another atmosphere to Korça, started around 19:00, with a parade of motorcyclists on the main boulevard of the city, with noise and horns being heard everywhere. The parade was the starting point of this event, the citizens of Korça had the opportunity to enjoy another lifestyle already of hundreds of Albanian and foreign motorcyclists who became part of the event.

Kor?a is not only serenades, but also rock music, so loved by everyone, and yesterday, the city was completely transformed into a foreign city. After finishing the parade, the motorcyclists returned again to the square in front of the Cathedral, where everything was ready, with the tables placed in the center, with the stage that would welcome well-known Albanian singers, with the stands where you could enjoy drinks and the traditional food of Korça .

"Riders Legend Korça" was created as a group in 2018, and since then, they are inseparable not only from each other with the indescribable passion of motorcycles, but also from other groups of Albanian cities and beyond. Now, "Korça Moto Fest" is the tradition of the city's bikers, as an event that adds to the values ??of Korça, bringing something different. And indeed it happened last night with the fantastic atmosphere that was created.

One of the groups participating in this event was "SONS OF THUNDER MC", from North Macedonia. Two of the group's motorcyclists spoke about their impressions of the organization, as well as their passion for motorcycles. For more than 20 years, they have developed this passion, saying that they feel freedom and connect with nature through the motorcycle.

"It is not the first time we come here, we come from Macedonia. The atmosphere is great, the party is very nice and the city is very nice. We will come again next year. I have been riding the motorcycle for about 20 years. I feel perfect."

"I started my passion for motorcycles since 1986. When I ride a motorcycle, I feel freedom, freedom of movement, freedom of nature and we are connected to it as well. Korça is very beautiful, we come every year whenever the motorcycle festival is organized. We have a very good relationship with the Korça group, they come to our country and we come to their country. Today, we are about 24 bikers from the group."

Natalie, the girl from America, comes for the second time to the city of Korça to participate in this event. For 6 years, she has been driving a motorbike, together with her husband, while she says that this passion gives her adrenaline. Moreover, Natalie says that she loves Korca.

"It is the second time that I participate in this event. The atmosphere is very fantastic. It is a pleasure to see that many bikers gather together from all over Albania and the Balkans. "MC EAGLES" is another group participating in this activity, with motorcyclists, who join Korça and the "Moto Festival" every year. For 15 years they have been traveling together to every corner of Albania and beyond. The invitation received from the group of motorcyclists has always responded positively, also because of the good relationship between the two groups.

Mergim Jonuzi, the president of "MC Eagles", from the city of Prizren in Kosovo has a life with his passion for the motor. He says that the party among friends makes the atmosphere even more beautiful, while for them it is a pleasure to join these events.

"Very nice today. We are with our friends and the atmosphere is very good. We are clubs, which have known each other since the beginning and when they have a party, we go to celebrate. They also come to us. We as a club have been formed since in 2005, I started it earlier because I'm a little older than others. I've been riding motorcycles for about 30 years. The motorcycle actually connects you with society, it's a passion in itself, it has its own specifics, but we're used to it. I'm from Prizren, Kosovo, and our club exists both in Albania and Kosovo."

Another member of the "MC Eagles" group is the motorcyclist Dritan Shabani, one of the most prominent of the group also because of his special character. Dritani says that everything in this event is perfect, just like in previous years, calling this organization exemplary.

"I am part of 'MC Eagles Albania', a group created for 15 years, we also have the rest in Prizren, about 50 bikers, and it is the seventh time we come to Korça. This party that takes place here is the same party that all motor groups do in their cities. It's not only beautiful, but it's exemplary. I'm only responsible for the beginning of the party. It's honestly a super party."

Another biker from the group "Illyrian Treasurer Tirana" has joined the party together with other members of the group. The group from Tirana, as every year, is not absent at "Korça Moto Fest", while they are always satisfied by the atmosphere created.

"Very nice. We always come and we are always invited. We are satisfied with the very nice atmosphere. Korça is a very interesting city. I have been riding the motorcycle for 15 years, it gives me all the emotions, flight above all."

Women are also passionate about motorbikes, who have been following this passion for years, making motorbikes an inseparable part of their lives. One of these girls tells CNA TV that from the age of 13 she fell in love with the motorcycle and today she drives it together with her husband. Undoubtedly, the impressions related to the event are among the best, with the electrifying atmosphere, with a high participation, while not forgetting the fact that Korça is a city of values ??and beautiful people.

"I always participate in motorcycle festivals when I'm in Albania and it's my world. The atmosphere is pleasant enough and beautiful, there is a lot of participation and I like that Korça has such an event. I started my passion for motorcycles at the age of 13 -years old and my husband and I are motorcyclists. Unfortunately, he is not here today, he is in Africa, but he greeted Albania during a video call.
