A magical atmosphere, traditional music and strong emotions have taken over Korça's Old Bazaar this weekend, transforming it into one of the city's most frequented spots.

The characteristic sounds of Korça serenades, performed by Vaskë Niço and his band, have created a special festive atmosphere, gathering around them citizens of Korça, tourists and immigrants who have come to celebrate the end of the year with their families.

Amidst the characteristic architecture of the bazaar, traditional music has brought nostalgia, longing and joy at the same time, giving the city a warm and welcoming spirit. "I didn't expect such an atmosphere. Not only because it's the holidays, but because you feel good spiritually. We who come from abroad feel this joy more. I wish the Albanian people and those from Korçë prosperity, health and happy holidays ," says another citizen.

"I come from Greece, but I was born and raised in Korça. The serenades were wonderful, the atmosphere was very beautiful. Today was one of the happiest days for me. We have been here for a month and will stay for another month. I wish everyone a happy and healthy year ," the citizen emphasizes.

Such artistic activities are turning Korça into one of the most favorite tourist destinations during the end-of-year holidays, promoting cultural values, musical heritage, and the tradition of Korça serenades.

Through these events, the city not only revitalizes economically, but also strengthens the emotional connection of immigrants with their homeland.
