Rama: Europe should offer guarantees for Ukraine and involvement for Russia

Prime Minister Edi Rama delivered his speech at the College of Europe in Bruges.

During his speech, the prime minister said that Europe needs a plan that includes guarantees for Ukraine and broad involvement of Russia.

Rama further mentioned the chapters opened today and the 5 remaining, saying that it is a record for the integration of countries.

" Europe needs a plan. To offer guarantees for Ukraine and keep the door open for Russia's broad involvement in a vision for stability. Today Albania is here after having opened 4 chapters and 5 more to open, which is a record for the integration of countries. We have rebuilt our judiciary through a very radical process. We have harmonized the economy with the common market.

"I give each of you a piece of advice, make sure you have an Albanian friend, he will be the first to run towards you," Rama said./ CNA
