After the mistake, Gaz Bardhi debates at the Conference of Mayors

After the mistake the day before where the fraud came to light, where according to him the opposition had been deprived of the right to speak and was not allowed to go and be represented in the Constitutional Court on the issue of the end of the mandate of the Constitutional Court judge, while the Constitutional Court itself had announced that it would be a closed-door session, Gaz Bardhi debated at the meeting of the Conference of Speakers.

Bardhi has launched an attack on the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, saying that the opposition has no place in an Assembly that is dictated by cardboard forces.

"What you did with the last session is a violation of the rules and the Constitution. I'm quoting it here: "He requested the session to be adjourned because he was discussing procedure."

Mr. Peleshi, you have taken on the responsibility of leading the Assembly. If the Assembly is led by the group leader, tell us, because the opposition has no place in an Assembly that is dictated by cardboard forces. You cannot close the Assembly because the deputies are speaking.

The session of October 9th was closed because the deputies were speaking. I understand that in that Assembly there are deputies who get their strength from organized crime and think they can silence others. Forget it! We do not take orders nor are we dictated to by organized crime.

"I repeat: forget it! If you, Mr. Niko Peleshi, cannot hold that chair, vacate it to the leader of the group you have there with the votes of organized crime," Bardhi said at the meeting of the Conference of Mayors./ CNA
