From digitalization to the opening of the institute for the education of minors/

Besfort Lamallari delivered his first speech in his new position as Minister of Justice.

During his speech, Lamallari emphasized that the key point of governance is digitalization in judicial matters, thus making the system easier.

"One of the most important elements, which we have been working on for a long time, is the digitalization and functioning of the integrated case management system in all prosecutors' offices and courts, to have an easily accessible and transparent system," he said.

Another point of the government, according to Lamallari, was the improvement of the judicial infrastructure as well as the improvement of the treatment conditions of detainees and convicts.

He also underlined that the opening of the Institute for the Education and Rehabilitation of Minors is also important.

"We continue to work on improving the judicial infrastructure, which includes the prosecutor's office buildings, as well as the implementation of the prison plan measures, aiming to improve the treatment conditions of detainees and convicts. Being an avant-garde country in the region and worthily represented in the European Union, the opening of this institution is one of our most important achievements. We are working on refining the domestic legal framework, avoiding overlap and contributing to its highest quality in drafting, through the maximum use of our ally, artificial intelligence", said Besfort Lamallari./ CNA
