Arrest of 7 minors in protest/ Noka: Cruel act, we will respond on February 20

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has reacted regarding the arrest of seven minors from the opposition protest on February 10, against whom the Tirana Court today imposed a security measure with mandatory appearance.

In a statement to the media, Noka stated that their arrest constitutes a cruel act that does not occur in any democratic country.

According to Noka, the Democrats will give the deserved response to this act in the next protest on February 20th.

"First, the arrest of minors and their mistreatment is a cruel act that does not happen in any democratic country. Those minors today all declared that they were barbarically raped in the police station cells.

The second, which shows how many criminal acts the narco-police commit, is the fact that even the psychologist they have served as a psychologist for minors was a police officer. And this is very serious. It does not happen in any democratic country except in regimes. This is what happened with the group of minors.

Individuals who have come with their families to protest are accused and blackmailed, mistreated, and raped to admit that they were together and organized. They are an organized group. This is, this cannot be described. But this shows something else. Terror, violence shows panic. They think that with this form they will subjugate the democrats. No. The more they exercise terror and violence, the more the revolt grows and the more it will move towards an uprising.
