In Albania, the most popular sport is not football, but indifference.

The most prominent achievement of the country is not the national team's participation in the European Championship, but the first place in the list of the most corrupt countries on the continent.

 Small officials, big directors, famous ministers have come to the conclusion that the people in this country are more than idiots.

They did not waste much time to reach this conclusion.

They quickly realized that in the face of monstrous thefts, people or voters react with greater patience than even the saints themselves.

 While robberies that are not even found in the most detailed handbook on corruption, they consider it a game and like any game, this has its own rules.

Rule no. 1

When they are accused, they are victimized and they have enough words: Political attack.

 When caught with your hand in the bag, (or as they say in Kosovo with a mare in hand) rule number 2 is denial:

Me?! Fraud? No, no, it was an optical illusion.

When the investigation starts against them, rule number three is the slogan: "let justice do its job"

When robbery is attempted, rule number four is relativization: "these things happen everywhere, movies are made", "well, these steal, but these others kill".

Rule number 5: "the water above flows drained" but below there is some edepsez that takes plums and pears (if you do a little arithmetic, it turns out that they have drained the entire orchard).

They rob with the same passion and intensity as a teenager who plays fortnight because in front of them they think they are idiots.
