Në këtë skemë zgjedhe ekonomike ku qeveria kontrollon çdo individ, vetqeverisja vendore s’ka vend. Është e tepërt. Mënyra më e mirë për ta heqë qafe është ta shpallësh të falimentuar.

Po përgjegjësinë politike për reformën territoriale?!
