Last evening, Albania was ranked 22nd with 76 votes in Eurovision 2023.
Albina and the Kelmendi family, who were introduced with the song "Duje", were well received by the public, but the result did not show the same. Albina's husband, the businessman Valon Vataj, also reacted.
In a post on InstaStory, he emphasizes that politics has triumphed against Albanian lands this time as well.
"Politics triumphed as usual against the Albanian territories. From a professional and human point of view, Eurovision no longer has any value. My family is a winner of preserving musical and national values. Proud of you to death. Thank you, ethnic Albania, wherever you are," said Vataj./CNA.al
